The 1st time I applied Live Chat, I was at posture #two in the queue and it took eighteen minutes until a Dwell agent responded. The next time, I used to be at place #two once again, but this time it only took 8 minutes wait around time. This is very good when compared to other exchanges that only reply through e mail, without Dwell Chat choice. B
